Despite the overwhelming workload, proper rest remains an elusive treasure, slipping through my grasp as I toss and turn in bed, until it was time to trudge back to another day of work. Anxiousness plays on like a broken record in my mind; of day-to-day events, worries, and what-ifs in an endless loop. This anxiety was an unwelcome burglar who has stolen many nights, leaving me restless and my mental health fraying.
