Carean Oh writes anthropological fiction. Born and raised in Singapore, she was educated in the area of creative writing in England.
As an experienced language teacher, she enjoys writing about education and parenting topics. Besides having written for Honey Kids Asia and ACE education magazine, she publishes her content on her website www.careanoh.com. She is also the editor of LEADnovate magazine, available at LEADnovate.net. She is founder of the niche language school, Writers Studio School of English.
Carean Oh seeks her writing inspiration from her travels. She lives with her family whom she loves and tiny French poodle which is intelligent and adorable.

Serena
Serena Ng teaches creative writing to lower primary students at Writers Studio School of English. In her creative writing classes, she focuses on teaching students to empathise with characters in their stories. She believes that students should be more descriptive. Most of them tend to be lacking in observational skills, or are unable to convey what they have observed in words expansively.
Having graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology (1st Class Honours) in the United States, Serena is also interested in integrating mental wellness techniques into her creative writing lessons. She also shares her opinions on societal, environmental and social issues with her students in order to expose them to trending news. Described as a fun-loving and caring teacher, Serena is family-oriented and enjoys journaling when travelling with her loved ones.
